Hey howdy hey folks! Sorry, my former Disney training kicked in for a minute there. I’m Meg, your standard twenty-something professional student, amateur entrepreneur, and recently minted fitness addict. I started this blog as a creative outlet for myself and a way to chronicle the epic weight loss journey I began on June 9, 2015.

After sticking with it for nearly a year and progressing steadily toward my goal in that time I decided to share my journey with others. I don’t think my journey is anything particularly special, but if even one person can make a change after reading my blog and decide to live a healthier life I will have met my objective.

I’m open to suggestions about future posts, or answering (appropriate) questions from my readers about my journey. I would love to help in any way that I can.
